Appetizing Chicken Manchurian Recipe

Dear viewers, I am back again with yet another delicious recipe. Chinese food is liked all over the world for its unique taste, nutrition value and attractive presentation. So I prefer to provide you recipes of different Chinese dishes which are liked all over the world. Here I bring an appetizing recipe of Chicken Manchurian. Let us try it


Chicken Boneless 1 kg (cut in cubes)
Vegetable Oil 6 Table Spoon
Capsicum 1 (cut in cubes)
Carrot  3 (cut in cubes)
Onion 1 (cut in cubes)
Corn Flour 2 Table Spoon
 Tomato Ketchup  Half Cup
 Chicken Stock 2 Cups
 Salt According to taste
Chinese Salt 1 Tea Spoon
 Ginger Garlic Paste  1 Table Spoon
White Pepper  1 Tea Spoon
 Black Pepper  1 Tea Spoon
 Ajinomoto (Optional) Half Tea Spoon
Sugar 1 Tea Spoon
Chilli Sauce  2 Table Spoon
Vinegar 2 Table Spoon


Making of Chicken Manchurian consists of 2 stages:

1. Marination

2. Cooking


First of all add salt, black pepper half tea spoon, white pepper half teaspoon, vinegar and soya sauce each 1 table spoon into the chicken cubes and mix well. Now add corn flour 1 table spoon and again mix well (use hands preferably). Leave the chicken for at least one hour.


Take a pan and heat vegetable oil in it. Now put ginger garlic paste and sauté. Now add the marinated chicken and fry it to make golden brown (very light golden). Heat remaining oil in a pan and add capsicum, onion and carrots. Fry a little and add white pepper, black pepper, vinegar, chilli sauce, chinese salt, tomato ketchup and stock. Add remaining corn flour and stir. Make the whole paste a bit viscous. Now your gravy is ready. Pour it over the fried chicken cubes. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with egg fried rice or simple rice and enjoy!!
