Hey dear viewers!! I hope you all are doing well. When we talk about food, most of us like chicken and different dishes made with chicken as an additive. What about trying a chicken dish today? So today I bring a little spicy and appetizing chicken curry recipe. Feature Image Source
||1 cup for cooking and 3 cups for deep fry
||according to taste
||3 tablespoon or according to taste
|Red Chilli Powder
||one fourth teaspoon
|Gingelly and poppy seeds
|Green Chillies, mint and Coriander
||as required (for garnishing)
First of all put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it. Add chicken to it and deep fry it till it turns slightly brown. Remember that you do not over fry it (chicken should not turn dark brown while frying because it will become hard). Now take another pan and add 1 cup vegetable oil in it. Heat the oil and add chopped onion and fry. When it turns light brown, take the onion out (sieve it from the oil). Then in that oil add ginger, garlic, spices, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder in the specified quantities. In the grinder machine grind fried onion, tomatoes and green chillies (3-4). Add this mixture to the pan and fry a little till oil comes at the surface. Now add the chicken and one fourth cup water and cover the pan. When the chicken is cooked, add yoghurt and gingelly and poppy seeds. Fry the chicken a bit to mix the yoghurt until oil is seen on the surface. Add some water according to your wish and boil. Your chicken curry is ready. To garnish put green chillies and sprinkle mint and coriander. Enjoy your meal.
