1.Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT  (United States):

MIT was established in 1861 as a private research university. The university is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. It is chartered as a non-profit organization. This private organization is owned by MIT Corporation (a board of trustees). MIT has five schools namely Science, Engineering, Architecture and Planning, Management, and Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences. 8.University of Chicago (United States):

10.California Institute of Technology, Caltech (United States):

It is 10th in the list. California Institute of technology is located in California United States. Its Main focus is on engineering and science. It was established on 1891.It gives undergraduates and post graduates programs .Almost 17 alumni and 14 non alumni faculty have won nobel price. This is one of the biggest achievements by this institute. The first president of this institute was James Augustin Grown Scherer .This private institute has 978 undergraduates students and 1253 post graduate students.
